John and his team worked with me for 18 months to finalize the scope, design and cost of my home renovation and addition project. Once we started, the team worked closely with the engineer and architect to ensure the project was built to spec. The team provided great communications and aligned all expectations associated with the schedule and milestones. They patiently work in and around our busy family to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned!! Northwest Building and Design owner John and his team did a very thorough and detailed job completing our deck! If you are looking for a team of people who are lead by honest communication from start to finish, creative problem solving around the interesting issues that can come up with older structures/homes, fair market value but high quality craftsmanship with focus on detail, great organized worksite and clean up during and after project... then Northwest Building and Design is our high recommendation.
